Needs Assessment Process

In addition to identifying your future needs and objectives, BAS will perform an on-site audit of existing computer system infrastructure and produce a detailed report of the findings. This report will serve to identify your current status and produce a recommended plan of action to meet your stated objectives. Working together, we will be able to produce a long term plan for the municipality.

The BAS Integrated Financial Management (IFM) System is an enterprise-wide solution that will interface to your BAS software; the result is a relational database where all transactions in the municipality are captured, posted and available for reporting. The system includes modules for purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, tax collection and utility billing.
