This year, BAS had another fantastic trip to the Association of Towns Annual Meeting held at the Hilton in NYC on Feb 14^th-16^th, 2010.

A sincere thank you to everyone who visited us at our vendor booth; it is always a genuine pleasure to talk with our customers and prospective clients at this event.  As you know, a great deal of how we support our customers throughout the course of a typical workday/week is done directly via a phone conversation or remote assistance through an internet connection. This meeting has always been an excellent opportunity to have the personal “face to face” interaction as well!

Our vendor booth was located at #38 & #39 and this year the BAS contingent consisted of Rick Foggo, Sandi Kammerer, Lori Thompson and myself (George was not feeling well and was unable to attend). We appreciate all of the kind words regarding our software and support services, as we work very hard to deliver high quality software and the best possible customer support, to serve you the way you expect, quickly and professionally with trust, integrity and commitment!

We are very fortunate to have a client base that consistently recommends our company to others.  From all of us at BAS, thank you for a tremendous visit to the Association of Towns Annual Meeting!
