Integrated Property System (IPS)

This program is currently in over 160 Building Departments throughout NY & CT; the IPS program is an innovative software suite that can consolidate property data from every department within a municipality into a centralized database system that allows for quick and easy access to all authorized users. The result is a related set of applications, where each module can work independently or together as part of an integrated system.

Utility Billing System

The BAS Utility Billing Software (water/sewer) is a comprehensive billing and accounts receivable system for use in municipal Utility Departments.

Tax Collection System

Currently in use by over 350 NYS Tax Collectors, the BAS Tax Collection System works in conjunction with the Real Property System (RPSv4) and allows for easy retrieval of property data by bill number, owner name, address or SBL#. Through the use of our Internet Tax applications residents are able to do business online.

Municipal Accounting

The BAS Integrated Financial Management (IFM) System is an enterprise-wide solution that will interface to your other BAS software (where applicable); the result is a relational database where all transactions in the municipality are captured, posted and available for reporting. This system includes modules for purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and budgeting.

Municipal Clerk Licensing

With over 550 Clerks using this software, our Clerk Licensing System is the leading software solution for licensing in NY, CT & PA; the system allows for easy retrieval of information, fast processing of new and renewal transactions and the printing of required State licenses.

E-Payments

Now your municipality can accept credit/debit card & e-check payments for any fee generated by BAS Software as well as other software programs. Residents can pay dog license fees, permit fees, tax bills, utility bills and much more with just a few easy steps in your office or at home via the internet.

Animal Control System

The Animal Control System is designed to help manage enforcement activities related to licensed dogs and other animals. The system allows retrieval of information by owners name, address, license (tag) number, or local incident number.

Minutes Tracking
