minutes The Minutes Indexing System incorporates the latest word processing software (Microsoft Word) and database technology to track local laws, ordinances, resolutions and other topics of discussion.

Features Include:

Allows Minutes to be indexed & tracked separately by department/functional group (e.g. Town/Village Board, City Council, Zoning Board, Planning Board, etc.)
Retrieves actual minutes entries from the database
Creates index entries directly from Microsoft Word
Tracks all discussions, motions, resolutions, amendments, etc.
Locates topics by general subject or specific title including all cross references
Tracks related documents and property information including SBL #
Generates search reports by subject, title, date or key-words for any department or within a particular department
Produces a complete indexed report of approved minutes of any meeting by department and date
Prints Table of Contents for placement at front of permanent minutes book
