ubs The BAS Utility Billing Software (water/sewer) is a comprehensive billing and accounts receivable system for use in municipal Utility Departments.

Major Features Include:

User definable rate tables and customer districts
Unlimited billing and payment history
Customer coding by service type – metered, flat rate, annual or other
Prints route books (meter reading sheets) and bills on demand
Quick meter reading entry
Reporting: Pre-bill writing , exception bill, accounts receivable, billing & cash receipts
Estimates usage based on history with automatic correction of over estimations
Allows billing of special charges
Assesses/calculates penalties for past due accounts & handles bounced checks
Handles meter turnover and replacements

Optional Features Include:

Support for electronic meter readers (Master Meter, Badger, Sensus, Neptune, etc.)
Interface to Assessment RPSV4/BAS Tax System for re-levies

BAS was very pleased to participate at the Westchester NYSBOC Conference March 8^th and 9^th, hosted at the Hilton in Rye, NY.
