015An unwavering focus on customer service is a distinguishing characteristic of BAS. Eighty percent of incoming support calls are handled immediately; the balance are usually resolved within 15 to 30 minutes after initial contact. Emergency support after normal business hours (nights, weekends, holidays) is included in our annual support agreement.

Through the use of our remote assistance software we are able to help clients directly on their machines by connecting through a secure connection on the internet.
